One of your obligations is to report to your security office those behaviors, incidents, or events that might in some way impact national security and your ability (or that of your co-worker) to function positively and effectively in a national security environment.
Based on the guidelines set forth in the National Industrial Security Procedures Operating Manual (NISPOM) you should report the following to your security officer:

2. Foreign Contact
3. Personal Life Changes
4. Psychological Counseling
5. Financial Concerns
6. Computer/Information System Misuse
7. Password Misuse
8. Improper Security Practices
9. Alcohol- Related Issues
10. Drug Use
11. Criminal Conduct
12. Suspicious Incidents

Protect Your Clearance

Insider Threat Indicators

DNI employees shall report relevant and credible information coming to their attention regarding cleared employees. Such reporting includes information indicative of a potential or actual insider threat that is covered by any of the 13 personnel security adjudicative guidelines listed.
