WHEN IN DOUBT, REPORT!
One of your obligations is to report to your security office those behaviors, incidents, or events that might in some way impact national security and your ability (or that of your co-worker) to function positively and effectively in a national security environment.
Based on the guidelines set forth in the National Industrial Security Procedures Operating Manual (NISPOM) you should report the following to your security officer:

2. Foreign Contact
3. Personal Life Changes
4. Psychological Counseling
5. Financial Concerns
6. Computer/Information System Misuse
7. Password Misuse
8. Improper Security Practices
9. Alcohol- Related Issues
10. Drug Use
11. Criminal Conduct
12. Suspicious Incidents
Protect Your Clearance
Failure to report to your FSO life events such as name change, changed marital status, foreign travel, financial concerns, foreign travel, etc. could result in revocation of your clearance! Visit this link for more information
